How to delete

1. Open Region Chat on Android or at app.regioncaribbean.com.
2. Log in.
3. Go to Settings → Account Actions → Delete account.
4. Confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, email hello@regioncaribbean.com from the address on the account and ask to delete it. We process email requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Within 30 days we remove:

• Sign-in (email, Google, linked phone)
• Profile (username, photo, bio, interests, territory, phone hash)
• Messages and chat attachments you sent
• Queue intents, friends, blocks, and reports tied to you
• Feed posts you created, badges, and passport stamps
• Contact-lookup hash, if you enabled Find me via contacts

What may be kept

• Anonymized analytics used for product reporting
• Records we must keep for legal, safety, or abuse investigation (if any apply)
• Content other people still have that you did not author (for example their copy of a group chat after your messages are removed)

Delete some data without closing the account

In the app you can delete Feed posts, remove a profile photo, leave chats, and turn off Find me via contacts. Settings → Community → Request My Data exports a copy. That export is not a deletion request.
